How to get tested

Step 1: Learn About Our Unique Tests

Review your Patient Brochure or view the Arrays section of the website to learn more about the tests we offer.

Step 2: Review Information With Your Healthcare Professional (HCP)

Print the Patient Brochure to share with your HCP. Discuss the testing options with your HCP to decide which test(s) is/are best suited for your needs.

Step 3: Have your HCP Open a Cyrex Account

Print the Healthcare Professional Handout and provide it to your HCP. This handout will serve as a brief reference guide for new account holders.

Step 4: Get Your Cyrex Shipping Kit and Requisition Form from Your HCP

Your HCP will provide you with one Cyrex Shipping Kit (includes UPS shipping bag and label-US only) and your Requisition Form.

Step 5: Pay for Your Test & Schedule Your Blood Draw
(US only)

Conveniently pay for your test(s) and generate the Blood Draw Authorization Form at www.cyrexlabs.com. Enter your "Requisition ID" and "Confirmation Code" from your Requisition Form. The Blood Draw Authorization Form will enable you to receive a complimentary collection at a Cyrex contracted draw site.

Step 6: Get Your Blood Drawn

Take your Cyrex Shipping Kit, Requisition Form and Blood Draw Authorization Form(only if using our contracted services-US only). Provide these items to the draw center and they will handle the rest for you.

Step 7: Receive Results from Your HCP

Your HCP will receive an email notification when results are ready. Results are available in their Cyrex account portal no more than 14 business days from the day your specimen is received by the lab.

Step 8: Clinical Consultations For Your HCP

Free clinical consultations for test interpretations are available to your HCP upon request.
